While this is definitely a close matchup, I think I would give a sliiiiiight edge to CoC. Given how CoC was incapable of surviving attacks by Umaril the Unfeathered outside of his Pelinal form, yet he does so easily once he is Pelinal Reborn, I'm inclined to believe that his durability is far higher than what is said on his page. By this logic, he should be capable of surviving some of Sephiroth's major attacks (such as supernova, which is only considered approximately as potent as CoC's durability). In comparison, while I am less certain of this, due to some of CoC's abilities as Pelinal Reborn (such as Void Manipulation), I believe he is surely capable of killing Sephiroth for good (even if it is with great difficulty).
