Supernova destroys space, which Bill Cipher doesn't resist

So to summarize, Sephiroth is strong enough to hurt Cloud who is relative to a guy who has 2-A durability, and can block Cloud's Omnislash which as noted by the profile can one shot enemies unaffected by regular 2-A attacks
Bill Cipher is "casual 2-A", "gets stronger by the minute" and "doesn't seem to care about 2-A destruction". So to conclude, Sephiroth should be able to block small attacks Bill Cipher hits him with and knock out characters with the same durability as Bill. However, Bill can reform his body from his soul but I don't see anything on his profile that states he can't get knocked out
Sephiroth's hax includes energy blades that are as strong as his regular strikes, and a BFR attack that shatters a dimension, something that should kill Bill. However, its something he would only use if he sees Bill cannot be beaten by other means
Bill's hax includes the aforementioned regeneration and growing to the size of a planet. If he used this, Sephiroth would obviously use Supernova and beat him

Not really? Because Bill can regenerate his body from his incorporeal Mindscape Form which is NEP 3 Soul/Mind/Energy, and that seems to be just space-time hax which does not really bypass it, especially when Bill is Type 1 and 4 Acasual.
Literally how can Bill even get knocked out? It's not like he has weird weakpoints like humans.

If the space Bill is in is destroyed, why would his soul not be removed? Having NEP doesn't make you not bound by space

Anyone with Mid or higher regen can't get knocked out
The only exception are like some Toon Characters since there's usually a scene of them getting knocked out

Due to how regen works here, if you can recover from brain damage then nobody will be able to knock you out

why is that? The fact that there are exceptions proves what you're saying is not true. You are basically saying "you cannot be knocked out if you have mid or higher regen unless you can", which is not logical

If your regen speed is not fast enough it might not make you unable to be knocked out. Regeneration is also not stamina

To be fair is the "normal" EE is ineffective against Bill on-site, why would destroying space be different?

Erasing someone's existence is not always the same as erasing the space they are within. Someone with no space would have type 1 of this ability
If his soul is just in this mindscape then he's not fighting Sephiroth anymore he's just chilling in his own dimension. Is Bill's soul not inside his physical body too?

Bill exists in mindscape which overlaps with physical world but it still "not there"
Bill can simply create a new body for himself after Sephiroth kills him over and over again
