Sephiroth Question

Well, I know I answered this on the wall, but thought it could be useful to answer here if anyone comes across the question.
So far, he doesn't. While a new evaluation will likely be done, there are many issues and questions regarding the comet in the international Supernova, stuff like: is it Telekinesis or Summoning? Is it an Outlier given how massively it jumps from the rest of the scaling? Nobody properly reacts to the comet, so can it be said they can scale to it? Can it be counted as Sephiroth's statistics come from the Original Japanese version of the Supernova? Etc.
For now, Sephiroth's speed scales from Bahamut Fury and the Supernova's blast has this speed, the latter not being really scalable as the explosion hits everybody without fail)
