Seija Kijin (Touhou Project) vs Axel (Kingdom Hearts)

"The Counteracting Amanojaku" vs "The Flurry of Dancing Flames" anyone? Speed equalized, fighting to the death. Location is an old arena on Earth, no prep time.

Seija has all cheat items at her disposal, with max number for each; Ying Yang Orb: 5 uses, Decoy Doll: 4 uses (10 seconds per doll), Magic Bomb: 4 uses, Ghastly Send-Off Lantern: 3 uses (10 seconds per use), Mallet Replica: 5 uses, Nimble Fabric: 6 uses, Substitute Jizo: 6 uses, Toy Camera: 5 uses. No secondary item equipped, only one is able to be used at a time.

I think that this should be a good match up because Seija can reverse anything as long as it has an opposite, but Axel might be able to overwhelm her. Both characters are Tier 4 as well, though Axel is 4-B while Seija is High 4-C.

Also, note that Seija's ability isn't just reversing attacks or directional movement, even though that's all that's shown in-game. The ability extends to anything that has an opposite.

One more thing that I'm gonna add to this:

This Seija is gonna be the one from Touhou 14.3 Impossible Spell Card. She doesn't use any spell cards in TH 14.3, but she does use a standard danmaku shot type (non-homing). Only difference between that version and this is that in this Seija can use her flipping ability (she can't/doesn't in the game).
