So are we allowed to use them in VS Threads now or should we keep waiting for the other Revisions first.

Tbh the ratings will likely change again very, very soon.
But I'd say in-verse matches should be safe because the scaling shouldn't change too much (except for Minato and young Obito potentially).
Most of the High 7-As should be good for a while as well.
