SCP-682 scaling

If SCP-682 adapted to be capable of defeating SCP-2722, why isn't he Low 2-C normally? 2722 tanked an explosion equivalent to the big bang, so if 682 defeated it, shouldn't it scale? Infinite speed as well, since 682 outright blitzed it at speeds it couldn't track?

On a slightly related note, I'm calling shenanigans on Solidarity having infinite speed.

The quotes provided don't say the universe is expanding at infinite speed, they say it is expanding infinitely. As in it is just going to keep expanding, not that it is expanding at infinitely fast speeds

Well it is an expansion of spacetime itself. Time isn't measured by conventional distance, and is thus not quantifiable with conventional velocity.

Also, I'm pretty intrigued to see what 682's new profile is going to look like. What kind of stuff is on it that isn't currently on it?
