SCP-001 (Andrew Swann's proposal) Upgrade

I can see your point, but I think there's quite some difference between the author avatars and the way 001 has been written. The author hasn't tried to put a "face" on 001 so much as the author avatars you represented were faces of their respective authors. He tried referring to us, not himself specifically, us, as real things with a link to a fictional setting as well as he could to cause an impression, since that is the entire point of this 001. And I also believe it's different because the Foundation is a continuous project and not an entirely finished and closed one, and a project where anyone who can register, including you and me, can take part, and write an SCP, no matter how wild, and as long as it's well written it will remain.
Since we hold the power in this setting, I'd find it perfectly justifiable to therefore claim 001 as capable of everything.
True, I could easily make an outerversal SCP right now with enough refining and prep and it would count as 001 creating it.
Hell, it doesn't even have to currently exist in the database as an SCP to count as a creation of 001. The article states that things both "appear and disappear" from it and the verse. This refers to all the SCPs that actually ended up being deleted from the site.

I would also like to point out that 001 dying does not, assuredly, cause a ZK-Class Reality Failure event. The article only states there's a non-zero chance of Containment Protocol ZK-001-Alpha doing that. It can't be equated to 100% chance. Note that this is only from the point of view of an uncertain Foundation's opinion regarding 001. So, IMHO this part of 001's page here should be changed.

The 001 dying thing causing universe bust is full bullshit. It is only there because we, the writers, put it there.

Well of course, but you have to see it from an in-universe perspective as well. Though it wouldn't change the tiering either. The article ends up having an inconsistency, because the SCP database is obviously already quite literally full of memetic agents and none of them affect us (since they are, after all, fiction; then again it is also a fairly old article right now, and I don't know what exactly popularised memetic agent usage). But this is because everything is not canon/canon at the same time too. One could easily assume that each SCP represents a parallel universe/timeline due to these differences.

Stop spamming the thread with quotes please. It turns much harder to read that way.
