Okay so, this Sasuke does not start or use genjutsu. Like at all. So everything he does has to be H2H, his fire, or chidori. All Might massively outranges, his shockwaves coming out with every single attack, something he can Precog but can't dodge.

Sasuke has higher AP and Dura, so those wind guts wont do much to him. Sasuke has more than just his chidori. He can spam variants of fireballs, or his ninja tools. He can also see when All Might is going to use his shockwave blast and just dodge it.
