Sasha should be "higher when enraged", and/or should get the P&A of Rage Power.

Before she was enraged, Darcy could match her and Grime in a 2v1, even matching their combined clash (which would also make Darcy Low 7-C at her peak, since she'd be 2 * 516 tons, with the rest of her tiers also being adjusted accordingly) and toying with them.

After Darcy cut off Grime's arm, an enraged Sasha pressured her and only lost due to her using hallucinations to distract her, making rage-amped Sasha also Low 7-C.

This only scales to Sasha and Darcy.

Multipliers

A multiplier is generally some number a different number is multiplied with to get a new number. For our VS Battles use we more specifically refer to a number as multiplier, if that number is multiplied with some statistic of a character or its attacks to get a new statistic for the character...

Multipliers come from direct statements instead of being reasoned from something else. That means, for example, that if a verse has powerlevels or statistics, the doubling of a statistic or power level should not be concluded to correspond to the power of the character doubling, unless it is clearly specified to work that way.

And this multiplier may not meet the other standard of VS Battles Wiki's multiplier standard. Therefore, VS Battles Wiki typically does not consider such feat as reason of applying multipliers.

I'll check the rest of the proposal later.

Neutral with Rage Power. I don't think fighting better because she's angry warrants Rage Power. Qawsed mentions that it needs to be a power that actively increases other stats, like with Gohan or Hulk

If it were considered as Rage Power, then we had to add Rage Power to nearly all character profiles.

Couldn't the feat just be slapped on her other justifications while also noting that she was completely enraged? There's not a real need for "higher with rage", especially since her current justifications already state that she is the strongest of the Trio and could have beaten Anne if she wasn't holding back
