Oh yeah since the movies out, here's the three times the magic staff mcguffin is stated to channel the power of the spirit world.
And here's Aang Redirect an attack from the big bad being ampted by the staff with his air in base
yeah nothing had changed since the leak so uhhh yeah i cant say it when it was leaked but thats how it was explained throughout the movie
the question is, will this be unchanged or nahmore details about seven heavens

Like I’ve said before off-site, the infinite power statement (not plural, since Aang’s statement to the group is just an echo of Tagah’s) directly comes from someone who has every incentive to lure Aang to the island to eventually betray him; there’s no evidence of that statement being truthful in other words

But the Avatar that Aang connected to that told him about the staff in the first place said the same thing.
Also Tagah himself is literally confirming his statement the moment he transforms.

I personally think so, but others disagree. The staff channels all the energy of the spirit world, while the avatar state gives them access to all the cosmic energy of the universe. That's not to say the avatar is locked in 24/7 of course, like we see with Korra's losses and Aang losing to Tagah after the latter got the staff.
And speaking of Tagah, him and Sonam definitely need profiles now, though I've never made a profile before. The gaang also need movie keys.
