...Very close, but with bloodlust on, Santa via time stop, which America has no defense against.

America would win.
Santa doesn't have Time Stop he just has Time Manipulation and there's no specific explanation. The best is just being able to go around the world in one night fast enough to deliver presents but with speed equalized, that's meaningless.
Also, Santa doesn't even fight. While America probably has hundreds of years of combat experience between nations, humans and Aliens.
How can santa win?? This is the 2nd thread as Loyal has created one.
