From what I've heard of Sans his attacks target the Soul right? And apparently the more people he's opponent has killed the stronger his attacks are correct? Or am I misunderstanding something?

Yes he targets the soul, but his attacks being stronger the more the opponent has killed is fanon and we don't use it here.

Seeing as he destroys the soul, I reckon he can get past time reversal. Hmmmm

Zeref already create 3 demon that has soul manupulation like frathman and lullaby both of them can't do anything to base zeref

Yeah, but neither of them can take down the soul of an almost 2-B being as they approach their absolute. Nor do they ignores resistances to soul manip. sans's soul manipulation can and will take Zeref down if it hits
