personally I also say sans for that because of simular reasons, it's just that it's a pretty unclear just how fast sans actually is since while we do know he's faster then Chara in about every single way, we don't know where to put fully determined chara themself as it's unclear how they compare to frisk who has the clearest speed feat at their max determination. because even though chara's and Frisk's determination levels are technically the same, we don't know if Chara can tap into them as much. I want to say yes and just put sans and chara in the ball park of 250 quadrillion times the speed of light but theres just not enough info for that.
