So, if i'm hearing this right, SOUL POWER as UES will also affect speed, right?
Let's goo, Immense DT Frisk and Photoshop Flowey finally can escape just upscaling from Mach 10, possibly Mach 5K+ (Affects probably nothing for Photoshop Flowey but helps Frisk agenda in case Kris does anything crazy in later chapters)

UES doesn't upscale speed linearly like that, as it does not have a specific statement (Dragon Ball does right because it has multiple of said explicit statements that increasing strength = increasing speed by same degree if you want a clear example).
