Sans will be able to take down all of the humans, mainly due to his absolutely massive speed advantage, attack patterns, and teleportation. Gasterblasts would completely overwhelm them, and this is assuming Sans would have a tough time skewering them with bones (which he likely wouldn't). Not only that, Sans would likely be able to retreat from time to time (this not being an enclosed area) to gain back stamina via his speed and teleportation.
