Sans doesn't literally have a shot here

I think this is a stomp even with Sans having prior knowledge and even bloodlusted

Time-skip is just too much for sans

If Hit decide not to go with time skip at first to analize what sans can do I can see sans winning, but is like... 1 in 1000 chances, or if sans start with time stop(we also have hahaha funny law manipulation)

Hit literally starts with Time skip as he is an assasin he always goes for the kill
 
As i said, he can try to observe sans atacks first, but as I said, It's not likely (also sans Law manipulation mean he always atack first)
The moment Sans slams hit into the ground Hit will TS instantly because that's his first move

He won't analise anything because he doesn't do that even against weaker characters like his victims

Fair I guess, but law manipulation make It harder while his first ata k is on going, also. With speed equalized how much distance would Hit be able to travel with his time skip?

But yeah, I think Hit can cross that much with Intangible attacks and TS quite easily

Starting distance: The characters start as far away from each other as the highest range of the fighters is, but a maximum of 4 kilometers. For example, if one character has a range of 10 meter and the other has a range of 20 meter they start 20 meter apart. However if the range of one character is 10 meter and the range of the other is 5 kilometer, they start only 4 kilometer apart. If extreme advantages are generated via this distance to one side, a balanced alternative should be discussed in the thread.
