hm... Sans has a lot more abilites, but Sparkie has 1 really good one. Also in terms of movement based abilites both share a few... I'm going with Inconclusive for now

Anyways, Sparkie is only 8-B or 8-A via wormholes because they're around that size and he is possibly (Meaning that he may or may not be so don't make it count) 3-A via Weather Manipulation (He might be able to cause rain, thunder and lightning to appear across every Earth-like planet in the unvierse.
However, his AP and durability are unknown so 8-B/8-A

IDK. He is capable of creating a wormhole in just the snap of his fingers though I wonder if he'll be able to BFR Sans with that? Although he would also be trying to avoid his attacks at the same time.
