Okay, isn't Discord a 4-B or far higher reality warper? Because you didn't say anything about tiers here being equalized. So if I'm correct, Discord should be able to use his science-breaking hax to his advantage, like rewriting various paradoxes. In fact, he can snap his fingers and Sans could dodge much slower due to his ability to affect the status of whoever he pleases, like removing the wings and horns of the mane six.

So in short, if you allow Discord to use his reality-defying hax, he has a chance.

He could easily win, but he hardly ever directly up and kills enemies, and he has no knowledge on Sans to tell how to incapacitate him.
