sam fisher is a spy,47 is an assasin,sam is smarter in a tactical way,47 is smarter in a preadator way,sam indeed has physical training but in a straight up fight(weapons and hand to hand),he isn't beating 47.

You sure? 47 will have a hard time tracking him down, Sam is way better when it comes to stealth.

Sam doesn't train to kill,47 trains to track down and kill people every living moment of his life,he's a ghost,sam is gonna have 0 intel on him,there's an intrinsic advantage,even if sam is a far superior spy,47 is better trained and a perfected clone,i.e. both faster and stronger than sam,better reactions,and everything in between.As soon as a fight breaks out,47 is gonna keep capitalizing and eventually kill sam.
