Delta =/= Base Koji (can't be proven atp). And chakra amps don't apply to speed anyway. So 10% Jigen isn't gonna help this thread.

Got removed coz base koji scaling to delta was scrapped. Although RN it just scales nicely as it is

If you scale less than 10% jigen to where base koji currently is you'd end up with less than 100% jigen at 1.8 ish times less than where we scale full power jigen to. So it kinda fits well

One question, why isn't Sakura at least Sub Rel for being comparable with Naruto and Sasuke?

This would upgrade the speed from 9c to 45c

Sakura Normal speed isn’t utilized in the multipliers since she was nerfed both mentally and physically as said in the OP.

Oh people were aware of it for sure.
It's just that most people tried to simply multiply the speed of lightning (since Kido used a lightning jutsu) by 1000.

That was flawed as it didn't give that good of a result (only around 1.4c which is lower than the older light fang calc) and required evidence that the lightning jutsu is actually real lightning.

What this thread did good was scale Kido to Sai instead

it should come soon hopefully, if it does get approved it'll make the WA subrel speed scaling a bit more consistent and potentially 50c boruto era god tiers
