According to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot which is stated to be canon by Akira Toriyama, Piccolo destroying the moon was an illusion that he created, in actuality he never really destroyed the moon. So does that mean Saiyan Saga characters are gonna be downgraded from their planet level tiers?
