Saiyan/Namek Saga Scaling

So, part of the current scaling comes from Vegeta having a higher power level than the 10,000 required to destroy a planet. However, KK Saiyan Saga Goku has a PL of over 16,000 which means that he himself should qualify. In adition, KK Namek saga Goku and Oozaru Vegeta have the same PL of 180,000 so they should be equals in the scaling.
Therefore, I was going to suggest making changes to the scaling, to look more like this:

• Unweighted Goku is >=1/20th as strong as his Saiyan Saga self, Piccolo is comparable to him - 33.2337476 Zettatons (Small Planet level+)
• Gohan with a power level of 1,307 is 3x as strong as Goku - 99.7012428 Zettatons (Planet level)
• Raditz has a slightly higher power level of 1,500 and can tank an unexpected head-but from this Gohan. Piccolo kills both Raditz and Goku with his Special Beam Cannon - 99.7012428 Zettatons (Planet level)
  • As an Oozaru, Gohan and Raditz are 10x stronger - 997.012428 Zettatons (Planet level)

***Now, with this one I have a gripe. Nappa has a PL of 4,000, which is half of Goku's 8,000. He shouldn't logically scale from Goku at all. Especially when Piccolo's 3,500 couldn't defeat him the former, but Nappa is a tough fight for Goku? Even with Kaio-ken and an smaller gap Goku couldn't defeat Vegeta. I think Nappa and Piccolo should simply be listed as much higher than the likes of Raditz, but that's it.

***Agora, com este eu tenho uma reclamação. Nappa tem um PL de 4.000 , que é metade dos 8.000 de Goku. Ele não deveria logicamente escalar de Goku de forma alguma . Especialmente quando os 3.500 de Piccolo não conseguiram derrotá-lo, mas Nappa é uma luta difícil para Goku? Mesmo com Kaio-ken e uma lacuna menor, Goku não conseguiu derrotar Vegeta. Acho que Nappa e Piccolo deveriam simplesmente ser listados como muito mais altos do que os gostos de Raditz, mas é isso.

disagree with the oozaru scaling
1- it was already rejected before, due to causing inconsistencies with kid goku
2- oozaru power level isn't necessarily linear, as goku draws his oozaru power and only goes from 180 to 260 in the piccolo saga
3- you messed up the scaling and gave vegeta more than a 10x amp

no, vegeta would be superior, as he is superior to kaioken 2 goku
but that doesn't matter since goku got a zenkai before the 10x amp anyway

basically it mattered when goku was scaled to second form frieza, which scaled to vegeta

now it doesn't change much, but it's still fishy because of the kid goku example, it's either inconsistent or non linear

goku gets stomped by less than half power piccolo
after drinking the ultra divine water, goku kills a stronger piccolo
goku gets 2x stronger after training with kami
raditz is 3x stronger

raditz is at least 12x stronger than piccolo saga goku via statements, yet a hypothetical power level puts his oozaru above raditz
not to mention how the ultra divine water should be 10x not 2x anyway

but to be fair, the oozaru multiplier wasn't properly established until the saiyan saga so idk how can you make it work
