It is an OneShot. I agree. Meliodas would turn to an instant into splash of blood by Saitama's punch or even vaporize by the sheer energy of Saitama punch, well above Meliodas's Regenerationn feats.

Even with all the various abilities Meliodas can start with, all Saitama needs to do is throw some shockwave or punch and Meliodas becomes a red mist of blood. He'll end up as Boros or worse.
