Duo via fighting skill. Also, his comet form with the abilities to ricochet off walls could be hard for Saitama to keep track of, since he has absolutely no experience with opponents as fast and strong as him.

Duo would still be more than half of Saitama's power, and still beats him horribly in technique, mobility, and fighting experience. He should still win in that key imo.

He's the one who preformed the feat. So technically he dosn't scale to it. Because you don't scale to yourself.

Well, I thought it was Wily's Satellite lazer that had the 666 Zetato feat; Duo was the one who made the Low 5-B feat that scales to the Low 5-B keys. Either way, this seems like stomp category so I better close this.
