Ichigo Takes On The One Punch Man

pretty sure this Saitama scales way above 5.68 Exatons, a >12.81x AP advantage in his favour
 
She scales to Orochi by virtue of scaling to Psykos since we currently scale the form of her that Tatsumaki fought as significantly above Orochi.

Why wouldn't Fullbringer Ichigo have Reiatsu Crush? That and Saitama has no resistance to Soul Manipulation so any hit from Ichigo would kinda dura neg him, they both could one shot each other

Ichigo can’t use RC for the same reason that other Fullbringer can’t. And the fact that he never demonstrated it either. The only time he gets his RC back is when he gets back his Shinigami powers. Not even Quincy could RC except Yhwach.
 
Fullbringers are the vaguest group in terms of their soul abilities. It's well established that Soul Reapers can knock out and manipulate souls (Kisuke, Rukia, Konso as a concept), Hollows can suck out and eat souls (Yammy, literally what Hollows do every day), and Quincies destroy souls (the entire start of the TYBW Arc), but Fullbringers aren't fully clarified. I guess they could be treated as still having the ability though, since their powers are Hollow powers.
 
How would Saitama one shots Ichigo when speed is equalised? Ichigo can dodge his attacks.
Ichigo is also good in close range and mid range combat. Infact Saitama wouldn't even be able to keep up with Ichigo thanks to his resistance to extraordinary Perception. Saitama would struggle to notice where Ichigo is during the fight.
 
Ichigo certainly has a large skill advantage here, and mobility since he can fly.

In fact, Ichigo is a highly skilled martial artist in two seperate martial arts (Tatsuki's Vale Tudo and Isshin's Shinigami martial arts), an experienced fighter against all the thugs he faced, a skilled swordsman who has had to first learn to use the two-handed Shikai Zangetsu and then extend those skills to one-handed for its Bankai form, and has faced opponents of similar skill, and in this case I'd argue a notable opponent for comparison is Grimmjow, a highly skilled unarmed fighter with kicks and punches, using moves similar to moves found in several martial arts. The fact he also had claws only allowed for greater flexibility in those unarmed techniques.

Okay, so if Saitama punches Ichigo properly he can down him in one hit, but Ichigo likewise can destroy Saitama instantly with a soul hax strike, and meanwhile Ichigo can fly, Ichigo has a massive skill advantage, and Ichigo has beaten unarmed opponents far more adaptable and skilled than Saitama, such as Grimmjow. He also has a slight reach advantage due to his sword.

Seems like since either can one-shot, that superior mobility and far superior skill means Ichigo would be more likely to win.

Also, is this in-character? How much will Saitama delay before attacking, and how much will he hold back when he punches?
