Saitama VS Black Bolt

Well without speed equalized all of Black Bolt's attacks would look completely frozen to Saitama. Even with speed equal they both one shot each other. Black bolt's voice will reduce Saitama to a pink mist, while Saitama's punches would do the same to Black bolt.
My vote goes to saitama. If Black bolt doesnt go hard as soon as they fight, he will get one shotted.
