Going with RKT due to omnipresence as well as intelligence gap due to nigh-omniscience. He'd probably figure out easily enough that TTGL can't see under its boobs or crotch or something due to its massive size.

Intelligence: It has the intelligence of the all members of Team Dai-Gurre

Weaknesses: Due to its large size, smaller foes can likely get under its sight.

Going with Rune-king Thor for Gemmysaur's reasoning. Nigh-omnipressence is a good advantage and a decent way to determine how the fight would go.

Omnipresent means nothing in a lower dimensional battle but Thor still wins due to having the advantage of being very small

Was it ever confirmed that they would have problems with a smaller enemy? Anti Spiral was hitting Gurren Lagann with no problem, in the movie. Wouldn't their scanners notice him?
