Well, it seems like we are leaning towards giving him a chance via a trial period then.

He seems like a pretty blatant troll to me.
 
His name does give off that impression.

I'm more concerned about the first comment. The mockery just makes it worse
 
Eh I've given trolls a bit more lip in the past trying to troll them back when they messaged me on other wikis where I couldn't just ban. Probably makes me a person of interest.

Also could've been random picking and choosing.

True but him going to other threads just to deliver them epic haha funny jabs and pokes makes me think that random picking and choosing is likely the only reason he's here. Again, the name isn't helping.

I blocked him.

As far as trolls go, he doesn't seem very extreme though. Mainly to have a weird sense of humour.
 
He's not as harmful as other trolls, yes. Though some of his non-english words ain't anything harmless at all and while I personally don't care, I know people is somewhat sensible about things like terminal diseases.
 
A rather sick one more like it. But he is nevertheless not as severe a nuisance as other trolls have been. Anyway, let's keep handling this issue matter of fact without discussion.
