Just a small hiccup; I have to remove a few portions of a blog and I can't reliably do so at the moment because I'm on mobile (and viewing it in Desktop doesn't help). As long as people are willing to wait until later today, I can do so effortlessly.

The summarized rules for acceptance are:
Minor Revisions: 1 Staff Approval
Normal Revisions: 2 Staff Approval
Revisions for Large/Popular Verses: 3 Staff Approval
And those staff obviously need evaluation rights (thread mods, admins, etc.)
If it's Tier 2 or higher, at least one admin needs to be involved.

So, looking at the thread, it is obviously not a minor revision, and LordGriffin1000 never fully agreed.
So the changes should be reverted, but I think a new thread should be made since that one is two years old and a lot of other stuff may have changed which affects it.

They did, however, have a pattern of aggressive and dramatic/toxic behavior, and continued this even after receiving a lesser punishment for it.
That said, it looks like this all happened over a year ago, and I know that a lot of growth can happen in a year, and is quite a long time to be banned but still want to participate.
So I would support giving them another chance, but in my eyes they have two strikes out of three.

As someone who was wronged by him in the past and is the direct cause of at least one of his warnings, over the last year we’ve been communicating on other sites and his general tone has massively changed.Another member (MeiouHades) apparently also wants to make a ban appeal.

He no longer, at least in my opinion, communicates with aggressive undertones and is generally “more chill”. I think he’s grown as a person and should get another chance.
Edit: I should also note, I don’t use discord and am not in the server that got leaked by a certain person on RVR, nor has anyone asked me to advocate for his appeal.

MeiouHades I am willing to give another chance; I do not entirely remember the full extent of why they're banned. But so far, witnesses seem to speak in defense.
As for GodlyCharmander. My mistake, I should have double checked what "Catfishing" meant. I thought it simply meant making accounts with false identities; for example, pretending to be a transgender female when the user is actually a cisgendered male IRL. I didn't know "Luring people into a romantic relationship" had to be a requirement to be considered "catfishing." But I still have not moved from this conclusion, the ultimate final chance for me was the "No sock puppets created after September 2023 will result in him having a ultimate final chance to appeal post September 2024." And the fact is, Yellow Topaz was created before the deadline, which is what I consider his ultimate final chance being blown. But I also agreed that I will simply make that as a vote against coming back, and that I wouldn't mind letting him back if I am outvoted. But so far, it looks like staff majority agree with my side.

Reporting @Giannysmag for regularly making sexual/inappropriate comments, many of which are directed at other users.
I first noticed it in this thread, where I deleted their comment and gave them an informal warning.
I then looked at their post history and realized it's a pattern.
Case 1, Case 2, Case 3, Case 4, Case 5, Case 6, Case 7 (This one is particularly bad, though he deleted it.), Case 8, Case 9, Case 10, Case 11, Case 12.
And these are just what I collected in the first 20 of the 130 pages of their activity.
I think at the very least an official warning is in order, but given how some of it was clearly directed at other users and aggressive in nature, I think a ban of some duration is probably more fitting.

Just to clarify, he's a good friend of mine. That first comment can be taken as a joke towards me, I'm pretty sure he didn’t mean any harm with it. But yeah, I know the rest were really inappropriate. So honestly, I do think he should at least get a warning. Banning one is not on me so I'll leave it to rest of the staff to take decision.

Well, while I understand that they may seem minor from certain perspectives, I think that regular talk of gooning (excessive masturbation), gay sex, etc. should be heavily discouraged, even among friends, and even jokingly, given that we have a large population of minors on this site.
Given it was mostly directed towards friends who were okay with it, I suppose I can be convinced to back down to a warning.
Well it seems like it's unanimous so far across five different staff members and a previous victim to give MeiouHades another chance, so it's probably fine to unban them. I think finepoint’s concerns are valid; I’d like to think I have a fairly liberal take on this sorta thing, but something as explicit as all of the above (particularly the deleted one cus lmao) are honestly not cool. A strong warning does seem appropriate.

Though, I have a feeling he's back as another account, as this account I've been seeing oddly joined the forum the same day The Yellow Topaz (A GodlyCharmander sock) was last seen (May 30, 2024) and a week after it got banned, with this account possessing a similar toxicity level and similar verse interests to Charmander, although I don't want to jump to conclusions too soon and accuse them just yet.

It should also be noted that he has shown extreme dislike for the verse in the past and was reported for it.

Not to mention how these actions are consistent, as I proved in an earlier post.
So yeah, to conclude, his last punishment seems to have accomplished nothing, and he still acts the same.
