Ruby Rose vs Sans

Because Aura blocks all damage but you still feel the pain of attacks. Thats canonically how it works in-verse. Its a forcefield, there is no "leakage"

That still doesn't make her immune to him unloading tons of projectiles into her, also again she wouldn't expect the teleport the first time he does it unless she has pseudo-omniscience, which i highly doubt.

No but she's entirely capable of blocking and dodging projectiles due to her semblance giving her enough speed to speedblitz sans
 
Electric paralysis relies on nerves

Skeletons don't exactly have those

Because he doesn't actualy get affected by electricity like that. Also, the one electricty shot she showed only worked on hit, so yeah.

But not the same aoe... its almost like its for game balancing...


Also, she feels the pain of being damakued nonetheless
 
Ruby's electricity works on things that are comparable to Sans in composition, there is no reason for it to not work on him

It is the same AoE

she's entirely capable of using her semblance to dodge through his Danmaku

I still don't see how rwby is getting past the barrage of attacks that he can throw out especially since he's actually in her tier and as such can damage without even needing to negate durability.

Semblance spam and recoil redirection
 
Sans could also teleport his own attacks to Ruby, also what's keeping him from repeatedly teleporting her into his Projectlies?
 
Pretty sure the slower character isn't supposed to have a speed amp as a key factor to their victory in speed equal, and being faster doesn't really help against the restriction of range of movement brought on by his attacks nor does it help with gravity stuff.
 
That was agreed on in the same thread that allowed speed amps...
 
Yeah but he doesn't need to keep her there. The jolt that that causes before she out lifts it (she has no reason to expect that) is enough to trip her up, breaking her stride and giving him a clear shot.

If he tries to trip her she'd fall into her semblance and use it to her advantage, she's done so before

How exactly is this a factor? RWBY characters have always felt pain through their aura
 
No she's allowed to have her amp, but it was agreed that if a speed amp was the main or only reason a character wins in a speed equal match in which they're normally slower the match is just bad and doesn't get added, to prevent stupid things like "slower character wins via being faster". If its just a component its ok, but the way you describe it that's basically the only thing that lets her live.
 
How is feeling extreme pain while being attacked a factor? Really?

he will just end up like she did when she was headbutted.
 
Feeling pain through your aura seems indicative of a less than 100% damage absorption rate on the Aura, unless its like stands in that you just arbitrarily feel pain through it.
 
I see no way how Ruby could avoid Sans attacks, he again can teleport her to his attacks or vice versa, has danmaku for her barrier, has gravity manip to occupy her, gasterblasters which he can set up if she decides to turtle in the barrier etc.
