Pretty sure it's been agreed that the whole thread needs to be redone. Conditions are too weird and OP has been changed like 7 times now.

We can revisit this when v7 actually ends. It's bad enough dealing with an arbitrary AP gap, having new feats jump in every other week because this version of Ruby is ongoing in her series rn will get old very fast.

So Overhaul just starts the match knowing there's a sniper?
I'm not sure how that would make his chances of avoiding the round from an unknown location better, considering Ruby would be firing at him the moment the match starts.
I was hoping the OP would do away with the prep altogether; this is still crazy tilted to Ruby's favor.
I'd argue she still wins if they're within line of sight and at a reasonably close distance, although I'll wait for the OP to hopefully be updated before arguing that.
