Evildoers are tring to conquer the world and are doing very evil stuff in order to achive their goal, and because of that the Speedwagon Foundation is tring to stop them. You are a normal person, but then one day you woke up with a weird feeling, like if something had suddenly changed within you. The same day some businessmen from the Speedwagon Foundantion arrived at your home. They told you that their boss wanted to talk with you and convinced you to go by literally throwing money at you untill you accepted. The businessmen gave you a few hours to get ready and then transported you to the Speedwagon Foundation's Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Once inside the building you were made pass trought a metal detector to check if you had carried weapons, which if you did bring were confiscated. Then the businessmen accompanied you to a conference room, along with other people (the other players) and told to wait there. |

Stand Abilities: Can launch "Rocket Punches", caveat however is that each arm must be charged with Solar energy (can store an infinite amount of energy, yet can only accelerate to the speed of a revolver bullet) before the Stand can launch a "Rocket Punch", ACT Two enables Jayden to build blood pressure in their arms and launch them at their enemies (at the cost of the functioning arm.) |

Name: Guangli Kangyi Gender: Male Age: 15 Appearance: This Stand Name: What Goes Around (can evolve to What Goes Around - Comes Around) Stand Appearance: https://img1.ak.crunchyroll.com/i/spire4/971fffd4ea58dd7bc8f42661fbee20bd1361764872_large.jpg Stand Abilities: 1th ability Teleportation: What Goes Around has the ability to teleport any object he touches, but any object heavier than 1 ton won't be able to be teleported and the max teleportation radius is 15 meters, it also cannot teleport objects inside matter (Like trapping a person inside a boulder). 2nd ability: Weaponized Portal Creation: When Goes Around has the ability to create a circular portal of maximum 2 meter diameter with a physically interactible circumference. It can freely move it around within a 10 meter distance from the user. With sufficient speed, it will go right through obstacles, BFRing them. Speed of portal movement can reach Hypersonic speed only and the max distance between the two ends of the portal is 40 meters. The portal is clearly visible and one can see the destination through it. It can also be used offensively by partially letting something through and abruptly closing it, which cuts the object/being in two, ignoring durability. The stand cannot use Teleportation while the portal is active and only 1 portal can be active at any time. 3rd ability: Comes Around (Only avaible after getting powered up by the stand arrow) Gains a passive shield which BFRs incoming attacks via teleportation. This can be coupled with earlier abilities like partial teleportation for devastating offence/defence options. Provided the user is aware of the incoming attack, he can teleport projectiles and attacks inside the ribcage of the enemy user, along with the impact. A SP-like Stand with a 8-B punch will get the user his Stand's fist inside his ribcage and also an 8-B impact along with it which could turn his internal organs to mush. If its a surprise attack, the attack randomly gets BFRed. To use this ability, the user has to designate what's harmful or not beforehand and can designate a maximum of 5 methods at any time (though he can change them instantly with a thought). Cannot have the Stand out while the shield is active. If the Stand is brought out, or a portal created, the shield temporarily shuts down. The teleport limit of the shield is the same as his lifting strength, meaning he can't totally teleport away a thrown vehicle above 1 ton. This shield also cannot teleport away poisonous gas and such kind of attacks. Energy attacks are treated as weightless and can be teleported away. |

Name: Ian Genghis Gender: Male Age: 42 Appearence: 7'6", decently stocky for his height, dirty blonde hair, has a goatee and a notable resemblance to Serj Tankian. Generally just wears a plain shirt and long shorts. Stand Name: Chop Suey Stand Appearance: A 15 foot tall replica of Serj Tankian made of glass shards and burnt cardboard Stand Abilities: Can manipulate aspects of the environment. On areas observed by any amount of people, Chop Suey's effects are limited, although it does know if an area's being observed through a blind spot in an observer's eye. At worst, it's effects are only noticeable when someone looks at a before-and-after comparison, but can still be useful by doing things like redirecting air flow or causing nuisances, although this is only the case if the environment is extremely poorly suited for subtle actions. On entirely unobserved or unfocused-on areas, the effects are exponentially greater, being able to easily crush humans and medium sized vehicles by moving the environment or their own bodies. In addition, the moving of objects is entirely silent unless another object is impacted in the process. Gender: Male Age: 18 Appearance: Hugo is 6'2" and lean, with well kempt blonde hair. He wears a white sports jacket with a yellow/gold colored pocket square loosely hanging from the chest pocket. Beneath his jacket is a yellow golf shirt, a fitted white pair of track pants and dress shoes completing his outfit. He is often seen with a pair of extremely high-end cellphones, paid for by his wealthy family. Stand Name: OPERATOR Stand Apperence: Operator is a semi-mechanical humanoid stand. It is relatively small in frame (comparable to GE) and has a round navy blue helmet that abruptly starts from below his eyes and surrounds his head. It's body is checkered entirely in a white and navy blue checkered pattern except for the front of each of his limbs (where it is just white), with small bracelets/gauntlets around its wrists and ankles. It has what resembles the Wi-fi symbol on the back of its hands. Stand Abilities: Destructive Power/C - Speed/B - Range/A - Precision/A - Durability/NA Developmental Potential/B Call You Later - Operator is a unique stand in the sense that it cannot be manifested or summoned in the traditonal sense. Instead, it can only be manifested THROUGH a phone call, video chat, or any other long-ranged frequency based communication initiated by Hugo and recieved by the recepient, climbing out of the recipients device. This is an advantage in the sense that in theory it allows for planetary level range, but a disadvantage because of the inability to immediately manifest Operator if needed. (It requires an active signal; if the other person does not pick up from a medium such as a phone call then the stand cannot manifest.) Due to the nature of the stand, it cannot be harmed or interacted with via conventional means, INCLUDING (most) interaction from other stands, but the stand itself can still interact with objects, people, and stands (which in practice, makes it selectively intangible EVEN to enemy stands). This makes for a terrifying ability upon first glance, but because Operator requires an active signal, shutting down the means that allow it to manifest (ie destroying the phone that it is coming from) will immediately cause the stand to dissapear, leaving the user defenseless. Wiretap - Operator transfers everything it sees and hears to its user. It also has the ability to pick up and listen in on nearby frequencies (radio, cell-phone etc), also transfering the data and messages being communicated directly to Hugo. |

Name: Drake Regala Gender: Male Age: 17 Appearance: 6'2, this Stand Name: Imagine Stand Appearence: When the stand is summoned, it takes the place of his shadow. It appears as a drago. The stand can come out of the ground but only on to the user's clothes/body and remains 2D while doing so. When this happens, the user does not have a shadow. Stand Abilities: [ D e m o n s ]: The user is able to convert the liquids around himself into illusions by touching them. The more liquid is used, the more realistic the illusions are. [ B e l i e v e r]: This is used in conjunction with his other ability. When someone believes the illusions to be real, the illusions take on the properties of the actual objects. The more people believing in them, the closer to reality they become. [ B l e e d i n g O u t]: This lets the user use his own blood to create illusions. Illusions made this way are better than the actual item they are, but take extreme amounts of blood to make. Due to the nature of how blood is necessary for life, this is only to be used in dire situations. |

- All meta-speak/out of character speak must be done in [square brackets]. Example: I casually throw my fist towards the man. [Am I fast enough to actually touch him ?] - One action or command at a time. You can make your actions long and lengthy, but ultimately limit yourself to just one action. Example: I reach out, trying to grab a hold of the woman... NOT: I reach out and grab the woman, while also shooting the man grabbing her in the face. The only exception is talking, you can talk more than once in a post. - Don't force your actions onto other players, always ATTEMPT to attack a character or an enemy, never force the result on them. Example: I grab my sword, thrusting it towards the man... this is okay, it gives the GM (me) or another player character a chance to react, if possible, what's not okay is: I grab my sword and stab the man in the chest... you just forced the result of your action onto him, regardless if he was bulletproof or something of the sort. |
