Alright so to give my honest opinion Rosie one shots Sanic though the latter is invincible and impervious to harm though she could trap him with Paralyze and could sing him to sleep and copy his abilities Sonic could speed blitz her and He'll likely do that first so as long as he doesn't get cocky, if he does it's lights out for him, as She could possibly turn off Sonic's invulnerability and one shot him from there I'll wait for more inputs but I'm leaning Rosie for now due to Power Nullification, Sleep manip, Power Mimicry.

Yeah he does have Invulnerability but it could possibly be turned off via Power null
