So what stop The Doctor is in his Tardis and Rick enters, when he tries to do something Temporal Grace null any attack, the Doctor moves for a while and in a chase Rick is lost forever due architectural reconfiguration system and is ejected from the TARDIS to somewhere in the Time Vortex

Even if Rick somehow doesn’t have a rebreather or something his infinite resurrection would save him there
 
Also again Rick would almost certainly have something to let him breath in space so ejection is just never going to work

The Doctor is generally three dimensional, the higher dimension shit is specifically there to activate when the Doctor encounters a species that the Time Lords had genocide, although he can still interact with higher dimensions
 
There isn't really anything Rick can do here imo.

If the Doctor touches him, he's permanently incapacitated.

Also this entire thing;

Rescuers will turn up, weapons will jam, his companions will save the day, buildings explode immediately after he finds the way out, cities will fall just as the TARDIS dematerializes, electrical currents will short-circuit, evil masterminds will make foolish errors, if the Doctor falls out of a window, there will always be something to catch him, if the Doctor is drowning, a spar will float by, he will find his way unsigned out of burning houses, the Doctor will survive alien mind probes that would boil the average brain in its skull, he will dig unharmed from beneath fallen rubble, nobody ever shoots him in the head, deadly drugs turn out not to affect him, villains will tie him up too loosely and hide-bound tyrants' convictions falter at his rhetoric)

I'm working on it, the mechanics of the Time Lords, if they wish, can do things as crazy as this



The doctor and the master only use it to give themselves supernatural luck (Basically they will always win regardless of who they face (unless they have acusuality type 2/4/5 or are another time lord)), there is a lot of separate evidence that I am looking for which explains it better but oh well
 
By the way, the Doctor's supernatural luck grows as his own timeline becomes more complicated and drains what's going on around him.
