I've applied the changes with the LF calc. The issue is that I don't know how to replace the "Relativistic" from the Retsuden novels. What do you think if we scale Base Adult Naruto equal or above his base Teen self?

The Sub-Rel rating in general comes from First Gate Guy being 5x base Guy, who’s >= Kakashi. Not sure how base Nardo scales to that tho
