Doesn’t goku have resistance to mental abilities to some extent? And he should be able to power through his aura just like ren did in DI, but I could be wrong

Ren has Reactive Evolution, Goku doesn't. Also Goku doesn't resist Mind Manipulation, Madness, or Fear and Vegeta's Resistance isn't of a high enough potency to deal with Reinahard's stuff.

Goku does have reactive power level with a dummy high potency but... I don't see how that is going to save him from getting passively destroyed.

Nope, your probably thinking of Vegeta shaking of Babidi's stuff, which A) does not scale and B) is not high enough potency to deal with Reinhard's aura.
Rective Power Level only deals with Stats, it's Reactive Evolution that grants Resistances that is key here.

Apoptosis' has Type 4 and 8 immortality. I'm also talking about Goku not being able to kill Shirou, Reinhard could 98% kill him.

Anyway even ignoring passives, Reinhard has Type 8 plus Type 4 on par with High Godly regen, he also has access to all the LDOs stuff including Machinas Death Hax and Conceptual EE.
