Entry number...Er, what number is it..? Hold on, I have a calculator, let me do the math...oh dear, it just comes up with an error sign. That is not good. Well, no matter. This is Doctor Valentine, and this time...I think I have done it. It, you may be wondering? Why, create life, of course! Hahaha!
Well, creating life is a bit extreme honestly, and a bit stretching of the truth. It's more like...I created the bodies and I'm currently trying to take souls from other dimensions to make this work. Now, last time I did this, the fabric of reality was about to reach a breaking point and end our universe as we know it, but I think I worked out most of the kinks. It's been a long road to get this to work, though, and...I cannot help but think that this is the time for actio
Of course the process of incorporating the DNA I took into the bodies after the souls have been planted will be the most difficult part, especially if they squirm around. Unfortunately I'm not able to put the full DNA sequences of one of those imitations into these bodies. I had to pick and choose what I gave them, and...they are very weak. Of course, I blame myself for this, as I went out of my way to ensure they're weak, as I don't want to run the risk of them killing me out of anger. A weak saviour is better than no saviour, however.
I'll begin the tests later today. I believe that once I bring them to life...we shall leave this place, and see what the world outside has become. Sixty long years stuck in and around this bunker. I wonder how different the world will look...the date is July 22nd, 2085. With any luck, we'll find other groups of survivors within the next month. Until then...this is Dr. Robert Valentine, the last hope of humanity, signing off.
-----------------------------------------------
Many roleplays have the central plot of you saving the world, to stop the bad guys and win the game by ensuring they never take control. This, however, is not like that. Instead, the bad guys already won. You lost the game before it had even begun. But, there is still hope. There's a way to save this lost game before it's a permanent game over. You can save this game, the problem is that...you never asked to play.
You are souls collected from other universes, other sections of the multiverse. You have a life, and you have a family, and you suddenly had that ripped away from you. Your soul has been taken from your body by the scientist of questionable sanity; Dr. Robert Valentine. He's taken your souls from all across the multiverse and has shoved them into new bodies. These, however, are special bodies.
Via killing some of the dark creatures that infect the world, as well as accessing some very high tech databases, Valentine was able to harvest a small bit of their essence and put it inside of you, giving you the skills, experience, and a few of the powers of these creatures. This is his final plan before he calls it quits on the world. You're the last hope for a dying world that you didn't ask to be put in. Going home is out of the question, as there is only one thing to do, and that is to survive, and win against these forces of darkness. You're going to experience hard times. You're going to plunge further into the darkness surrounding this world, but just remember,
From Darkness, we Rise, and we take back what was once ours.
Character Creation:
Character creation is going to work really simply. Basically, you're going to give me two verses of your choosing. What verse you choose depends on how many powers you get. Afterwards, once again, depending on the verses you choose, you pick one to two powers from the characters from that verse, while I pick the rest of the powers. I'll give a little example below.
Let's say you pick MLP and Super Smash Bros. You'd be able to pick a single power because of the power of both of these verses and the variety of abilities they have. Because of the power of these versus, you'd only have around four powers (The amount of powers you get could possibly change from four, however). So, you could pick Galeem's Fire Manipulation, while I pick out the rest of the powers specifically for you. Basically, you pick and choose the powers that you get, and how many you yourself choose is determined by what verses you pick. It may sound complicated, but it'll be easier once we get into the thick of it.
For now, just fill out the form and we'll work this thing out:
Name:
Age:
Gender:
Apperance:
Personality (Optional):
Backstory (Optional):
Verses of Choice:
If you have any questions, feel free to voice them, but for now, let's see if we can pick this up off the ground.
