Regarding the star level feats from Enma in REBORN!

Are the stars created by Enma accepted here? Reborn states that they have the gravity of a star . Also keep in mind that the island they are on is protected by a shield made by a reality warper which pretty much makes them go off the radar and it also makes sure all damage is kept inside the island.

Well, everybody except me at least. Anyway, in fictio, just because something projects an increased gravity field does not necessarily give them that much mass, especially as the surrounding planet was not completely destroyed.

Earth wasn't destroyed likely because of the defensive shield around the island

Okay, but still, with no mentions of the mass being that of a star, and that this would be so extremely higher than everything else in the Reborn story, I don't that we can assume that it is equivalent to Star level.
