Regarding Piccolo (Cell Saga's current tier)

I'm seeing a considerable discrepancy in Piccolo's rating here there's an obvious displacement here, as Piccolo was substantially superior to 3rd form Frieza, as he fought on par with beings that can easily tank attacks that would dissect mecha Frieza

. Small Star level (superior to second form Frieza) | Large Star level (Equal to Android 17) | Likely at least Large Star level |
Which should be at least Large star+ NOT likely at least.

Piccolo during the Frieza saga was considerably weaker than 3rd Form Freeza, and Kamiccolo fought on par with Android 17, so he's where he belongs.

Yeah but Frieza's Large Star+ in Frieza saga too, it will be a discrepancy having a clearly superior character be less than a weaker character.

I recall that Piccolo actually fought Frieza in second form not his third form which he fought him quite well until Frieza transformed into his third form.
