Regarding MHS+ and Sub-Rel border speeds

Okay, I've noticed this minor issue for a while.

"Massively Hypersonic+ (Mach 1000-8810.2)

Sub-Relativistic (1%-5% SoL)"

Sub-Rel starts at 1% SoL, but MHS+ ends at Mach 8810.2, which is greater than 1% the speed of light. (I got Mach 874030 on many sources for the Speed of Light, so 1% would be 8740.30 Mach)

Shouldn't this be changed? It is very minor.

Those sources are not using the speed of sound at sea level (Which is what we use). The actual result is Mach 8,809.91.
