For both Boros and Garou they have "At least 6-A to High 6-A, likely 5-B"

I was just wondering why do they even have Continent Level as a rating in the first place? Busting the surface of the planet is a Multi-Continental feat. And if the reason is that since Boros busting the surface/planet is just a statement or something like that, Saitama has a legitamate Multi-Continental feat that Boros and Garou should scale to.

I think "At least High 6-A, likely 5-B" is a more reasonable rating.

I am inclined to agree with this. One may think that Saitama's serious punch that split the sky is a continental feat, but considering most of the energy from that blow was directly absorbed by Lord Boros...

  • At least High 6-A, likely 5-B sounds fine to me

This seems reasonable to me.

So 12 people (half of them being part of the staff including one that's a bureaucrat) agrees with this.

Sounds pretty ok enough to do the changes. And it's not that hard given that so far only 2 people scale to Saitama does far....

Alright like Cross said it seems there is a massive amount of support from users and staff alike. I guess I'll implement the changes.

EDIT: Done

Well, Boros died from that attack . . .
As he should have. Using the majority of his remaining energy on an attack and then having said attack reflected directly back at him while he was running on nearly empty wouldn't leave him much room for survival.

This. Also Boros scales to Garou via WoG. And Garou was capable of surviving some of Saitama's casual attacks and serious series. Given how broad tiers are it is possible for a character to survive an attack and die to an attack that are both the same level of AP.

I think it would be more reasonale or At least High 6-A, possibly 5-B seeing as the only thing to back it up is a claim and databook (which also say Haku is lightspeed).

I guess that works too, although in your example the Naruto guidebook seems less reliable compared to the OPM guidebook.

It might be, but still it doesn't seem right to say likely as opposed to possibly when the evidence is so questionable.

There's also the anime, in which Boros says he's going to bust the planet.

In total, there's

  • the webcomic, where he says nothing
  • the manga, where he says he'll destroy the surface of the planet
  • the anime, where he says he'll destroy the planet
  • and the guidebook to the manga, which says he was going to destroy the planet.
Naruto's guidebook is also hilariously questionable in more than just one instance, which isn't the case for the OPM guidebook. If it said something like "Tanktop Tiger is a planet buster", then we'd have a problem.
