it is literally who has the better AP and Durability
 
Are the opponents randomised for this, or are they just facing who's opposite in their respective bracket?

Could I put awakened Tomura in tier 8-A if there is one because he has 8-A durability, and the hax to keep up

already were randomized, so it’s the second one now (like K.O used to be third on his side of the list, opposite of Mashin Chaser)

I'm gonna give a heads up for Mashin Chaser before anything goes wrong.

Currently Mashin Chaser's 7-A are from upscaling to a 7-B feat, however it was later recalculated as High 7-A. Not to mention, the scaling chain itself were deemed as non-canon so his 7-A tier ought to removed soon.
