Reactor output and destruction potency

I wonder if its possible for a reactor with 3k7 output (they didnt state it to be per second or per hour, but i think it should be per sec, as per hour is too low) to yield enough power for a blast which can vaporize a space colony. Well, that thing is just too huge, and 3k7 seems a bit low for it
