Voting for Rando by summoning to distract Robin and and then use Thread Manipulate to restrain him.

Robin's intelligence could possibly help him deduce not to get anywhere near Rando and just throw freezing discs and stuff, but summons could be a problem. I don't rememeber, did the show Robin ever have to fight at least 2 opponents of Building+ level simultaneously? Whether he can break the threads should also depend on his feats.

Well then, a summon demon shouldn't be a problem for him, and he can potentially even get out of Rando's "unbreakable" threads. Voting Robin.

I'm voting Rando. He could just shrink Robin like he did Kuwabara and crush him.

You forget that he would need to chant the shrinking spell while staring directly at the opponents' eyes for a while, leaving himself vulnerable. I'm pretty sure Robin is smarter than Kuwabara and would figure out something's off.

I don't remember eye contact being a stipulation. Pretty sure so long as he heard it, it would work. Which is why it didn't work on Yusuke, because he didn't hear it.
