Wouldnt Ram vaporize it in one beam at that point? The beams can evaporate and liquefy mountains iirc

I'm not super sure, given ENS's Low-High Regen and Instinctive Action. ENS is going to start by fusing with the Black Sea though.

Low-High is good, but vapor is > just a puddle due to its physiology. There's a change of state there. dont recall ENW regen being that good.
IA wont really help for massive multi-km heat waves.

At that point it's a question of can Ram just kill it before it becomes 6-? something, tho, that begs the question, would Ram's beams still not boil it even then? Being higher in stats doesnt implicate a better heat res, tho by that point, ENW can one shot too probably (Core and all). So prob a who shoots first.

tbh idk, guess it depends on the fuckass range or whatever. if ram's aoe can encompass ENW they win imo.
