Well we're at it again. There are only 2 upgrades. Which are:

  • Fu Xiaoli from 6-C to At least 6-A, likely High 6-A. Edelweiss stated, Xiaoli was capable of taking her life.
  • Stella Vermillio (Vermillion empire arc), in dragon spirit goes to At least 6-A, likely High 6-A. Overpowered Xiaoli.
Now on to the downgrades. These downgrades are rather massive to say the least. Having agreed with Siegfried and Burning Full Fingers, the current Bahamut How calculation, which assumes the entirety of osaka would be engulfed is a wrong assumption. It is referred to as a "ghost town", and the 2nd biggest city in japan could never be called a ghost town. So it is most likely referring to the surrounding area of unknown size. So we're going to the calculation of the actual feat. The fire soaring up to the sky. Which yields 7-B (given that the lowball gives an unrealisticly low result compared to other feats in the series).

What this would do is downgrade basically anything that even remotely scales to Stella Vermillion during the SSSAF arc. The changes are as follow: (the justifications stay the same).

  • Stella Vermillion: 7-B, High 7-A with Dragon Spirit (Several dozens of times stronger than in base)
  • Or-Gaule: 7-B
  • Ouma Kurogane: 7-B. High 7-A with Kusanagi.

It's off pannel. The best we can do is assume baseline. Same as how we do with something like Medaka Kurokami 5-C. Even though most moon destruction are above 5-C, since we can't calc it (off pannel). We just assume baseline.

How "can" you calc it?

It didn't happen on pannel. We don't know its size nor the level of destruction.

Seems pretty clear cut 6-B. With the "can casually destroy countries".
 
While it is true that Naseem destroyed Hadou Tensei, he did that with Mictla - Tormenta, which is a hax technique, not an AP one.

"Soon afterwards, Naseem's whole body is shining brightly and he uses "Mictlan ┬À Tormenta". The golden light from his body and the black dust wind have merged together to form a giant tornado that is rising towards the sky. The tornado swallows all of the meteorites, turning them into dust, and it continues to rise towards Nene."

The technique dries the mosture, turning the target into sand. So Naseem doesnt really get powerscaling from destroying the meteorites. He does get PS from Stella cutting Edelberg and surpassing Fu Xiaoli's final attack. You could also argue that him being comparable to Nene might receive PS despite destroying them with hax though.
 
Fair enough.

Though the thing is Stella cutting edelberg when she is in dragon spirit after awakening. Which would scale to 6-A. So would Naseem scale to 6-A in base too? Or maybe a dozen times less so he scales to her base, not dragon spirit.

Because it would mean that stella releasing her power unrestrained would be weaker than base ikki. Which is hilarious at best.
 
That doesn't mean she's weaker then Ikki, it's just a low end

Then again her heat is 15 million degrees, so why does the High End even exist?

Yeah "low end" stands for "it's likely the calc yields at least this much".

We know it doesn't yield this much otherwise ikki would have been able to just tank.
 
Though something that likely requires a change is, Ikki shouldn't scale to his previous Ittou Shura form.

Iirc it's specifically stated he can keep up with Ouma and Edel via skill.
 
Another thing

Stella shouldn't have a High 7C attack in her first key. She doesn't have any reason for it since Shura Ikki is Low 7C
