Raiden (Metal Gear) vs Roronoa Zoro

Eh... Why this again? I know that Skypiea Zoro is the one used in the previous fight, but what's Raiden's AP again? Zoro scales around 400 Tons only.

He's comparable albeit weaker than Luffy who no-sells 400 Tons. He can one-shot people like Daz Bonez when using Shishi Sonson and Daz Bonez is comparable to him.

The HF blade puts this fight massively in Raiden's favor. Zoro doesn't know that it's a special sword. They would most likely get into a blade lock of sorts which would result in Zoro having less or no swords without realizing what happened if the blade didn't already slash through him. Zoro has ranged attacks but he seems to prefer close range. Or at the very least fights at close range more often

At this point Zoro's only ranged attack is the Tatsu Maki which isn't good for ranged fights since it's more AoE around him than range.

No, Zoro's luck isn't combat applicable.

The only way he could win is by going near death and using a Shishi Sonson to slash through Raiden's body like butter and win, but considering Raiden's HF Blade can put him down before that, it's unlikely. Zoro's stronger, yes, but not by a wide margin and he can't fight something like molecular cutting with his standard powers.

Even Post TS Zoro'd have troubles dealing with that, and that discounting the stealth techniques that Raiden has and Zoro can't counter at this point.

Zoro won against Jack, but it seems that a more calm fighter is more troublesome. In regular matchups, versatility it's a important factor and Zoro's not a versatile fighter yet, being even surpassed in that aspect by his Monster Trio peers Post-Timeskip.

Raiden should take this.

Nobody even said a thing about being a stomp.
Because Zoro had no way to deal with Raiden's HF, you too stated that "The only way he could win is by going near death and using a Shishi Sonson".

Still a win condition. Shishi Sonson is still far above Zoro's usual paygrade and it cuts metal with ease. Raiden wouldn't be able to fight back if Zoro hits him with it.
