New Era? No. Teen/New Era Nardo has resistance to EE when he get new form with his TSO in War arc but he cannot recreate TSO so Nardo has limited TSO he is not pure Otsutsuki like Toneri recreated more TSB into Cage bird or Golden Wheel Blade.
