Appearance: vaguely humanoid mass that is constantly changing
Backstory: old god of change

Abilities:
Activation: Wrath: When angry constantly boosts all stats and abilities by twice the amount every second and constantly decreases all enemy stats by half every second
Hatred: When beyond angry transforms and is able to completely control the state of change within the multiverse able to freely manipulate all concepts and laws however he wants with almost no limit.
Extinction: Reactive powers : Allows his abilities to instantly react to give him powers based on what he most likely needs in order to beat his opponent
Aura of Change: Gives the power to change all laws and rules in the universe to basically do whatever he wants
Summoning: summons a spear that overwrites all laws rules and concepts within the multiverse
World: My World: Creates a world where all powers are completely nullified except for him and in this world he is practically omnipotent

Your gonna wanna make a sandbox on the forum because that man doesn't look too haxed. Also we've mostly dropped the dream abilities for just sheer amount of hax outside of the singularities(on Discord) and the Lostbelts(happening now)

On that forum you need to copy your name, put it after the "User:" in that link put / after your name, then type whatever you want the name to be.

So are they just baseline 11-D, what's their scaling?(just a note you should avoid scaling anyone to Cullthane, he's a massive variable who's power just increases to suit the Arc)
Also you may want to discuss fairies and such with Azontr, cause Nigh-Omnicience is something you REALLY need to discuss with the OP, that isn't an intelligence tier you can't just BS onto any old profile like Supergenius, it's a deep understanding of most information across the multiverse.
Also don't expect Fae to be able to just warp to a place and fix problems lol
