Recently I had been made aware of an interesting feat where Homer says Doh so loud that it causes the screen to shake, sends it a massive sounds wave, and cracks the ground at least past the Nuclear plants parking lot and likely entirely Springfield (full context shows it shaking past and into other Springfield areas. Including breaking a monument they had. Watch episode here) The question I have is. Where does this place around? I'm not sure if this would more be under Light or moderate. As it does break part of a monument. But is that enough to be considered moderate rather than High end Light
